Bupa Plastic is the export brand of Nam Dinh Katoh Co., Ltd, a polyethylene bag manufacturer based in Hoa Xa Industrial Zone, Ninh Binh. Since 2010 we have supplied garbage bags, carrier bags, flat and zipper bags and disposable hygiene products to retailers, distributors and industrial customers in Japan, Australia and Vietnam.
To give retailers, distributors and facilities a polyethylene bag that does its job with the least material, delivered on time, every time.

History
Milestones since 2010
- 2010
Foundation
1,000 m² factory, 1,344 t/year capacity, charter capital USD 800,000. First direct export to Japan within two months.
- 2011
Capital increase
Charter capital raised to USD 1,050,000.
- 2014
Scaling up
Factory expanded to 2,076 m², capacity 6,000 t/year, capital USD 2,050,000.
- 2017
New factory
New 10,599 m² plant with a modern closed-loop machinery system, 12,000 t/year output, capital USD 4,200,000. Supermarket bags supplied to the Australian market.
- 2020
Green innovation
Production expanded to eco-friendly Bio product lines.

100% Vietnamese-owned
Director Do Van Hanh takes full ownership; a further factory is under construction.
