Resin inspection
Each resin lot is checked on receipt for grade, melt index and moisture before it reaches the extruder.

In-line thickness control
Film gauge is measured continuously during blowing and adjusted to the tolerance agreed for the order.

Seal & strength tests
Seal strength, drop and load tests on samples from every production lot.

Dimension & print check
Width, length, gusset, handle position and print registration compared with the approved sample.

Final inspection
Sampling inspection per lot before packing; retained samples kept for each order.

Traceability
Lot numbers on cartons link every pallet back to resin lot, machine and inspection record.

Environment
Less plastic, same performance
We use less virgin fossil resin and less material: bio-based resin options of 10% and 25%, recycled-content trash bags at 50% and 99%, and multi-layer films that are thinner than a comparable mono-layer bag.

GLR, GLRM and GR trash-bag series made with post-consumer recycled polyethylene.
