Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the bag size, film and printing. Unprinted stock sizes can ship in small lots; custom printed items are quoted per production run. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm.
How long does production take?
Standard items are typically produced within a few weeks of order confirmation; printed and custom items add time for artwork proof and sample approval. Lead time is confirmed with every quotation.
Can you match our existing bag?
Yes. Send a sample or a drawing with size, thickness, color and print; we reproduce it and send pre-production samples for approval.
Do you offer bio-based or recycled options?
Bio-based resin content of 10% and 25% is available on most garbage and carrier bags. Recycled-content trash bags are made with 50% or 99% post-consumer polyethylene.
